1. A free email appraisal, simply email Ken on ken@alexandergibson.co.uk with the address of your home and some detail of how the sale is progressing e.g. no viewings, some viewings but no offers, lower offers than expected. Ken will have a look at the advertising of the property and email back with some brief advice on where improvements might be made.

2. A free home visit by Ken at a time that suits you, with an inspection of your home and an in-depth discussion about the progress of the sale, the marketing techniques we would use to get better results, and an emailed report of our advice on how to improve your chances of selling.
