Bigger estate agents can often be the victims of their own success. Many grow that large that their service level drops as they have so many houses on their books to deal with. It’s a numbers game for them, the more houses they have on, the more they think they will sell. However, they often forfeit quality for quantity. Whilst you may see their boards everywhere, how many ‘Sold’ signs do you see? If the largest estate agent in your area has 200 houses on the market, that is 200 that have not sold. Put like that it doesn’t sound great does it?
